Massachusetts Guide to Evidence is Now Available
The Flaschner Judicial Institute, an affiliate of the Social Law Library, has just published the “official printed edition” of the Supreme Judicial Court’s Advisory Committee on Evidence’s landmark new publication, the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence. The Social Law Library has added three copies of the print edition to its collection, which are available for loan to members with circulation privileges. To borrow a copy, contact a member of the Circulation staff (617-226-1500).

The Flaschner Institute will be distributing copies to every judge in Massachusetts.
